Privacy, Cookies and Data Protection Policy

Part A – Information Clause

  1. Data Controller

  1. Purposes and Legal Bases of Personal Data Processing

Your personal data might be processed for the following purposes:

  • performance of agreements or cooperation contracts or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract – legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
  • business communication and correspondence (legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party) - legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • compliance with legal obligations, including tax and accounting – legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR,
  • establishment, exercise and defence of legal claims – legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,

In case your consent is required, you will be provided with the consent form that will specify purposes of your data processing (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

 

  1. Categories of Data

Data may include: name, surname, identification data, tax identification number, personal identification number, company name, position, contact data, e-mail address, phone number, professional information, financial data, bank account number, and other information provided during communication.

 

  1. Data Recipients

Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

  • service providers (for example: IT, hosting, cloud, accounting, legal, courier, postal, financial institutions, banks),
  • public authorities if required by law.

 

  1. Data Transfers outside European Economic Area (EEA)

Data may be transferred outside the EEA, but only if this is subject to the application of appropriate safeguards provided for by GDPR related law.

 

  1. Retention Period

Your personal data will be stored for the following periods:

  • contract-related data: for the duration of the contract and thereafter until the expiry of limitation periods for claims (at least 6 years),
  • financial data including data relating to accounting and tax settlements – for the period required by law (at least 5 years),
  • communication related data - for at least 12 months from the end of correspondence,
  • data processed on the basis of consent – until the consent is withdrawn.

 

  1. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right to:

  • access personal data and obtain a copy thereof,
  • rectify (correct) data,
  • erase data (“right to be forgotten”),
  • restrict the processing of data,
  • data portability to another controller,
  • object to the processing of personal data,
  • withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time, where the processing is based on consent,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland, or with the supervisory authority in your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of your data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.

 

  1. Obligation to Provide Data

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for contracts execution, business communication and other purposes mentioned above.

Part B Privacy and Cookies Policy

  1. Scope

This part of the Policy applies specifically to users of the Controller’s website. It complements the Information Clause (Part A).

 

  1. Data Collected through the Website

The website does not collect personal data through forms. Only data voluntarily provided by users in the course of communication (e.g. by email or phone) are processed in line with Part A of this Policy.

 

  1. Cookies

The website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for its proper functioning, including:

  • saving information about the display of the cookie notice,
  • ensuring the technical operation of the website, including its language.

      No analytical, tracking, or marketing cookies are used.

 

  1. Cookie Management

Cookies are small text files stored on the user’s device. They may be session cookies (deleted after closing the browser) or persistent cookies (retained for a defined period). Users can manage or disable cookies via their browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may affect the functionality of the website.

 

  1. Technical and Organisational Security

      The Controller ensures security of the website and transmitted data through:

  • encrypted connections,
  • secure server infrastructure,
  • limiting access to authorised persons only.
