- Purposes and Legal Bases of Personal Data Processing
Your personal data might be processed for the following purposes:
- performance of agreements or cooperation contracts or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract – legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- business communication and correspondence (legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party) - legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- compliance with legal obligations, including tax and accounting – legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR,
- establishment, exercise and defence of legal claims – legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,

Data may include: name, surname, identification data, tax identification number, personal identification number, company name, position, contact data, e-mail address, phone number, professional information, financial data, bank account number, and other information provided during communication.

- Retention Period

- contract-related data: for the duration of the contract and thereafter until the expiry of limitation periods for claims (at least 6 years),
- financial data including data relating to accounting and tax settlements – for the period required by law (at least 5 years),
- communication related data - for at least 12 months from the end of correspondence,
- data processed on the basis of consent – until the consent is withdrawn.

- restrict the processing of data,
- data portability to another controller,
- object to the processing of personal data,
- withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time, where the processing is based on consent,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland, or with the supervisory authority in your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of your data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.
- Obligation to Provide Data
Providing data is voluntary but necessary for contracts execution, business communication and other purposes mentioned above.
